According to the trait theory, there is the birth of leaders rather than leaders being developed or created (Robbins & Coulter, 2014) . In a similar manner, there is a also a belief in behavior theory that there are innate qualities with which leaders are born. These innate qualities of an inborn leader cannot be created (Robbins & Coulter, 2014). Therefore, the inborn potential is emphasized more in accordance with the two theories.
